Carol Tingen, 2/13/04: My name is Carol Tingen, I'm 42 yrs. old. I have had psychic experiences since I was a young girl and have a recent story to pass on to you in hopes that maybe you can tell me if this has ever been documented before. A couple of nights ago, I woke up around 3:15 a.m. and reached over to put my arm around my 9 year old son sleeping in the bed next to me. I saw a shadowed figure, the same size and shape of my son standing at the head corner of my son's side of the bed. It startled me and I started to pull my son towards me, when I did this, he starting screaming and crying as if he was having a terrible nightmare. The figure, quick as lightening, "dove" straight into my son at his head area. I pulled harder and faster at that point and pulled him right up against me. When this happened, my son seemed to jump backwards into my arms while still screaming and crying. I calmed him down and turned on the light to help soothe him. He never really woke up though, even though it took me a while to calm myself down and go back to sleep. The next morning I asked him if he remembered what he was dreaming about that night. He had no memory of any nightmare or screaming and crying. Could I have witnessed my son's body re-entering his body after astrally traveling that night?
