Interviews with Jerry Pippin

Program Information

In this second program of our series of programs from the 2007 Roswell 60th Anniversary Festival and the Roswell Civic Center, which is the center of the Roswell 60th Anniversary events, Jerry first talks with Rosemary Ann Guiley, well known paranormal investigator and special correspondent for Fate Magazine. In this interview she tells Jerry about upcoming TV appearances and her current investigations of haunted houses and her experiences with finding Roswell witnesses.

Then, Jerry speaks with Steven L. Fawcette, who wrote a novel about the 1947 crash, which evidently was too close to the truth because 5000 copies of his book were seized by the US Government.

Jack Trowbridge was the replacement to Walter Haut, the Public Information Officer at the Roswell base at the time of the UFO crash. Trowbridge was in the unit with Major Jesse Marcel and was playing bridge at Marcel's house when some of the recovered debris was shown by Marcel. Jack, who is now 89, tells Jerry how everyone at the Roswell AAF Base was told by the top brass that the UFO crash did not happen.

Jerry also talks with Gloria Ann Hawker, who is an abductee with two hybrid children. To this day she continues to have abduction experiences.

Stanton Friedman and Jerry

The rest of the program is devoted to a lengthy interview with the man who, most observers say, cracked open the Roswell story and made it public. Stanton Friedman gives his views on the Walter Haut 2002 Affidavit, as well as fleshing out details on the entire Roswell story. Friedman and Jerry close the program with a discussion about his new book concerning the Betty and Barney Hill UFO experience, which he co-authored with Betty Hill's niece, Kathleen Marden. Kathleen will be interviewed by Jerry prior to the International MUFON Symposium in Denver, Colorado in mid-July 2007.
