The Senate
has passed an amendment to the Defense spending
bill that gives the government the right to have
the military arrest and detain anyone deemed a
terrorist threat, indefinitely and without
charges or the ability to defend one's
innocence- It is unclear whether the White House
will take a chance on vetoing the defense budget
because of this amendment, so we are doing the
only thing we can, since we firmly believe that
a law such as this would be right at home
decades ago in Nazi Germany or the old Soviet
Union under Joseph Stalin- Listed below are
those Democrat Senators who evidently do not
feel the Constitutional guaranty of a fair trial
applies to our own citizens. We submit to you
these Senators, all of whom need to be
voted out of Office- Jerry Pippin
