One night on my satellite delivered talk show in 1993, a fellow by the name of Jack Collier called me from Hawaii where he was listening to the show. He had a tale that stretched the imagination. He said he was part of the Philadelphia Experiment in 1944. His tale was the stuff of science fiction, but many believe it did happen.
